Freight Lift Motors
Freight lift motors, which are specially produced for freight lifts and basket lifting systems, generally operate in a similar way to the hoist system. However, they contain mechanisms guided by electricity, panels and buttons to move up and down steadily. These motors are offered in various manufacturing models suitable for different purposes. The production process can be made according to special demands as well as mass production. Height and tonnage information is of great importance when choosing a motor. Height affects the lifting capacity; tonnage loss may occur as the gravitational force increases. In addition, friction in rail systems can also lead to tonnage loss. Therefore, it is important to communicate these details correctly when ordering. For example, if you are going to carry a load weighing 200 kg at a height of 10 metres, a motor with a capacity of 1000 kg should be preferred.
Mounted hoist motors are generally mounted on steel frame constructions and pull the car with the help of hooks. These motors are designed for all types of freight elevators. Twin or double drum ones are generally preferred to prevent swaying in long cabins.
