Crane Hoist

Electric winch hoist are systems that enable the load used in double girder overhead cranes to move up, down, right and left on the bridge. As Beta Crane Systems, we have crane hoist sales from 1 Ton to 32 Ton.

    3 Ton: 2m / M5 class safety - 3 kw motor lifting power, 0.37 kw ccarriage motor power 10 mm rope diameter

components

     Rope: We prefer hemp core steel rope.
     Hook and Block: All hooks are DIN standard.
     Gearbox and Motor: Gearboxes and motors are generally Yılmaz brand helical gear and electromagnetic brake coupled.
     Rope Drum: Rope drum is DIN grooved at CNC and its operation is grooved and guided.
     Rope Guide: We prefer GGG70 Cast iron rope guides
     Clipboard and Control: Clipboard material is usually emined by schineder button groups.
     Optionally, speed applications and radio control remote control can be added to the system with frequency inverter.
