Beta Crane

Steel construction

• It is calculated on the basis of FEM norms in the manufacture of Bridge Beams and all roads, and the hair is cut into laser cutting with its cross section removed.
• Beams and roads can be used in profiles such as NPI / IPE / HEA depending on the condition of the enterprise or tonnage.
• The type of material used is S235JR and S355J2 + N

Crane End Trucks

•      Crane End Trucks group heads are made of sheet metal
•      There are double reducer and motor. Helical gearbox is preferred.
•      The friction is at the maximum level thanks to the bearings used.
•      The wheels are rolled and CNC machined from manufacturing steel.

Hoisting Machinery

• Beta Brand Crane Lifting Group is preferred.

Motors

• Tüm motorlarda özellikle vinçler için üretilen modeller tercih edilmektedir.
• All motors are fully Class “F” and fan cooling is available.
• Electromagnetic brakes are preferred in motors.

Controls

• Tüm vinçlerimiz standart olarak 6 adet Hareketli Kablo Kontrol düğmesine sahiptir.
• Çift Hızlı modellerde, tüm düğmeler çift aşamalıdır.
• İsteğe bağlı olarak Uzaktan Kumanda ile de özelleştirilebilir.

Bridege Electrifcation

• Flat cable and sliding trolley rail system are preferred in bridge electrical installation.

Hall-Runway Electrifcation

• Koridorun elektrik tesisatında; 30 metreye kadar mesafelerde bir feston sistemi kullanılır. Bara sistemi 30 metreden fazla ve müşteri talebine göre monte edilir.

Paint

• The hoisting machine is painted with the first anti-rust and primer paint and then the last coat paint.
• Crane and steel structure are thoroughly brushed with wire and anti-corrosion paint and topcoat paint

SecurityI

• In all systems of 5 tons and above, the overload sensor is standardç
• There is an emergency button that can cut the entire circuit for Emergency Stop.
• Audible and Light warning is standard
• Phase and motor protection available
