Data controller
Beta Vinç Sistemleri A.Ş. ("Beta Crane"), located at Üçevler Mah. Denizciler Cad. Özaydın Plaza No:15 Nilüfer / Bursa, is the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Data we process
- Quote and contact form: name, company, phone number and any details you choose to share in your message (product, capacity, dimensions).
- Site usage: if you consent, usage data collected through cookies for visit statistics that does not directly identify you (pages visited, browser and device information).
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to prepare a quotation for your request, to contact you, to handle service and maintenance requests and to provide after-sales support. The legal bases are the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and the legitimate interest of the data controller (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
Transfers
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. The hosting provider of this site stores the data technically. When you submit the form, your message also opens in WhatsApp; if you send it there, it is transmitted under WhatsApp's (Meta's) own terms.
Cookies
Apart from those needed for the site to work, cookies are used only if you consent. If you accept, visits are measured with Google Analytics; this service places cookies in your browser and transfers usage data to Google's servers (with the IP address shortened). The legal basis is your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). If you decline, no cookies are used; only cookieless signals that do not identify you are sent to Google (Google Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page.
Clicks on the WhatsApp and phone links on the site are only counted; no data identifying you is stored in this count.
Retention
Quote requests are kept for up to two years after the request is concluded, subject to statutory retention duties. Afterwards the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, ask for erasure or destruction and object to processing.
